Position Title: National Service Coordinator (QLD Based)

The Role:
 
The National Service Coordinator is to be based in the Beenleigh - VIC ara and responsible for the efficient operation of the Electronic Security Service Division nationally. This role ensures seamless coordination of technician and contractor schedules, client liaison, and management of all aspects of service and project jobs, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and
operational efficiency.
 
Tasks & Responsibilities:
 
Schedule Management: Utilise simPRO software to manage technician and contractor schedules effectively. and ensure daily updates for payroll processing. (Training on simPRO can be provided)

Client and Project Management: Liaise with clients, manage service and project job aspects including parts ordering, technician scheduling, and updating job statuses in simPRO Invoicing and Financial Control: Approve contractor and supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy against simPRO details. Convert quotes to jobs and then to invoices within simPRO.

Communication: Provide timely updates to clients, handle queries, and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and contractors.

Monitoring and Reporting: Keep alarm monitoring center details up to date, manage delinquency reports, and provide operational and accounting reports as requested.
 
Inventory Management: Ensure sufficient stock levels at the office and in technician vehicles.

Planning: Produce installation work plans using System Surveyor.

Technical Background: Experience in Electronic Security or a related field is ideal.
