About the Role:
- Responsible for providing strategic management and direction in the area of IT infrastructure and systems, including liaising with key stakeholders to translate business needs into IT priorities.
- Ensuring that proper security and risk management activities are carried out.
- Provision of network, hardware, and IT infrastructure administration and support.
- This role is offered for 5 days per week (1 FTE).
- Remuneration: $100,000 - $120,000/annum (excl. Superannuation) depending on experience and knowledge.

Desired Qualifications:
- Tertiary degree in relevant field.
- Salesforce Administrator certification.
- Project Management certification.
Experience and Knowledge:
- 5 years of experience in a range of desktop applications, network support, and administration tools.
- 5 years of proven experience in system administration including user account administration.
- Excellent knowledge of strategic management, information analysis and hardware/software solutions.
- At least 2 years of Project Management experience.
- Experience in staff management.
- Desirable Attributes:
- 5 years of proven experience in an IT Management position.
- Understanding of the Australian Tertiary Education sector desirable.
- Knowledge of a wide range of desktop equipment and mobile devices.
- Proven experience in e-mail server administration (preferably Google Suite).
- Experience in running an IT Helpdesk.
- Experience in Azure sync administration.
- Recent experience with network security.
- Exposure to system architecture development.
- Experience with hybrid cloud & on-premise environment.
- Experience with Wi-fi (multiple hardware solutions) and electronic security systems.
- High level experience in Salesforce management.

- Excellent planning and problem-solving skills.
