Car Wash Sales and Advisory is the only national commercial real estate agency servicing the growing car wash sector in Australia. Our business is expanding, and we are currently seeking someone qualified (or completing their studies) in Property, Commerce or Finance to fill our newly created Junior National Analyst / Sales Assistant role.

Roles, Responsibilities and Outcomes
Primary Function:
- Initial responsibility to deliver the implementation of datasets for all historic company data (sale transactions and industry data).
- Responsibility for ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility, making it readily available for various teams and stakeholders.
- Ongoing analysis of industry, financial and economic trends.
- Occasional interstate and international travel for site inspections, industry events and trade shows
- Staying abreast of the latest local and international developments, regulations, and market shifts that impact the company's operations.
- Reviewing and analysing car wash profit and loss statements and preparing value assessments for both leasehold and freehold going including cash flows and feasibility studies.
- Preparing submissions, sales material, presentations and assisting with trade shows and client reporting.
- Maintaining databases for market transactions and preparation of due diligence materials for campaigns.
- Assist in generating client reports that convey important insights, fostering transparency and trust in client relationships.
- Supporting the smooth execution of campaigns and acquisitions, enhancing the company's growth opportunities.
Education and Experience
- Tertiary qualification (or currently studying) in Property / Commerce / Finance
- Previous experience in a similar analyst role or property valuations preferred.

Special Requirements
