The role
Based in Brisbane, but working in a dynamic national team, you will provide marketing, graphic design and administrative support to the National BD & Marketing Team. This is an excellent career opportunity to grow and progress in a fast-paced but rewarding environment.

As a Marketing Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the updating of digital content, admin management, support with tenders, proposals, marketing research and reporting.
- Updating intranet pages, updating content for newsletters, social media, online legal directories, and other communication channels.
- Maintenance of tasks involved with staff movements.
- Updating registers and databases.
- Designing imagery for social media posts, and other marketing materials.
- Maintenance of the firm's marketing collateral including CVs, brochures, and development of new material.
The team
The national Business Development & Marketing team is a small, dynamic, and high-performing team, led by the Director of Business Development & Marketing from our Brisbane office. Working in different offices, the team meets virtually both formally and socially, creating a dynamic and collaborative team environment. Members of the team have been described as down to earth, professional, hardworking and collegiate and the team is well-respected by the leaders of the firm.
About you
- You will be undertaking tertiary studies in Marketing or Business.
- Experienced in the use of Adobe Creative Cloud experience, especially InDesign, front-end design of Microsoft SharePoint and Client Relationship Systems (CRM)
- You’ll have experience in a similar position, ideally supporting a team in a law firm or professional services environment.
- You have high attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- You’re a team player with a collaborative approach.
- You have exceptional time management skills, the ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities.
- You’re highly competent in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
