The Opportunity
We are seeking hardworking and flexible individuals with a strong commitment to customer service. We offer in return a fun and dynamic work environment with a strong and supportive management team.
This is a casual position operating on a shift-based roster, involving primarily evening shifts and weekends.
Main duties include cinema ushering, crowd control, cleaning, licenced bar and box office ticket sales and general customer service duties. Casual projection training also available for the right candidates.
To be successful, you will demonstrate personal attributes that are consistent with Councils values of Integrity, People Focused, Excellence and Sustainability and you will possess the following:
Skills and Qualifications:
- Consistent availability weeknights and weekends (essential);
- RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate QLD) (essential);
- Ability to work with children and provide/attain Blue Card (essential);
- Demonstrated exceptional customer service experience; and
- Experience in cinema, theatre or live entertainment desirable but not essential as full training will be provided in all required aspects of day-to-day front-of-house operations.

General Salary Information
Salary range (age dependent) $17.54 to $31.89 per hour.
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
Pre-employment screening includes Medicals, Drug and Alcohol Testing, and Criminal History Checks to ensure capability to perform the inherent requirements of the role.
