As standard, we offer a shift between 7:30am and 4:30pm, Monday to Friday. This can be negotiated to suit your needs if required.
How You Will Help Us
- Develop, plan and implement new marketing initiatives to drive the brand and products
- Conduct research, identify industry trends, customer needs and competitor analysis to refine key marketing strategies
- Organise and coordinate marketing events including trade shows, conferences and industry events
- Use data driven insights to optimise campaigns, measure metrics and continuously improve the marketing function
- Develop marketing roadmap, conduct reporting, extract key insights and data, and use to present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams
- Communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies and budgets
- Oversee and support the marketing team in creating presentation, digital marketing, social media, websites and similar
Skills You Will Need
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field
- Strong communication skills and IT luency
- Metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
- Proficient in Microsoft tools
- Humble, Hungry and Smart: define success collectively, strong work ethic and determined to get things done, understand others and be a good listener.
