The Opportunity
KOR has an exciting full-time permanent opportunity for a proactive and strategic Logistics Coordinator to join our Operations & Engineering Centre located at Dandenong South. This position will work collaboratively and support the operations team with planning and developing strategies to help continuously improve corporate and operational objectives. The Logistics Coordinator will report to the Operations Manager
Some of the primary duties this role will perform:
- Effectively manage related logistics and administration around equipment importation and equipment assembly;
- Maintain Risk, Quality and Supply Chain Sustainability Metrics;
- Communicate business objectives and ensure customer satisfaction;
- Support the supply chain lifecycle, develop and implement business processes; and
- Monitor operational performance and ensure KOR values are established and maintained across the portfolio.
What we are looking in our successful candidate:
- Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics processes
- A strategic thinker who can anticipate challenges and effectively resolve problems
- An analytical and detail-oriented mind who can turn data into actionable insights
- Collaborative spirit who thrives in a team environment
- Natural collaborator and negotiator with strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Proficiency in using an ERP system and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proactive individual whose always one step ahead
