About the role:
As the National On Premise Event Manageryou will lead the implementation of initiatives that grow Red Bull availability, presence, and brand in order to increase relevance and grow consumption across Australian festivals and events. Covering events ranging from music festivals, street parades, warehouse parties, block parties, open airs, big moments, and everything in between. The position will also play a vital role in the development and delivery of Red Bull owned events within bars, nightclubs and festivals.
Responsibilities:
- Embody the Red Bull Culture showcasing a positive, solution-oriented approach and actively promoting the brand within the team and the wider On Premise network.
- Lead On Premise Event Marketing by implementing international marketing strategies tailored to local needs, managing the execution of local event marketing plans, tracking outcomes, identifying market trends, and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Increase availability and activation at 3rd party events, identify and secure new event listings, sustain and enhance existing partnerships, manage marketing activations and POS materials, and train teams for high-quality event activations to increase product consumption.
- Build and maintain relationships with key industry players, such as promoters and influencers, and apply Industry Marketing initiatives to reinforce connections with important stakeholders.
- Utilising the global Red Bull events portfolio you will create and execute local events, collaborate with marketing teams to adapt assets for the local market, and develop consumer activations to maximise event impact.
Experience required:
- Minimum of 3 years sales and/or event experience.
- Strong event industry knowledge and network.
- Excellent planning and project management abilities.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to cultivate a team environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, including presentation and training abilities.
- Willing to work weekends and at nights.
