888 Boardway Pty Ltd is Sydney’s Go-to Daily Flower Delivery Service. The business hosts events including weddings, corporate events, birthday parties and more at their venue. It designs fresh daily flower arrangements for delivery to Sydney and Surrounding suburbs. It is now looking for an experienced Event Manager to join the team at 888 Boardway Pty Ltd. The Event Manager will plan and organise events from start to finish including developing event concepts, setting objectives, creating budgets and establishing timelines, oversee setup, layout and logistics, and coordinate suppliers and vendors to procure necessary equipment, services and supplies for events such as catering, audio-visual equipment, decorations and transportation. The Event Manager will create and manage event budgets, track expenses, negotiate costs and ensure that events stay within budgetary constraints. The Event Manager will coordinate all logistical aspects of events, including transportation, lodging, signage, security and staffing ensuring that all logistical elements are executed smoothly and efficiently.
The successful candidate will have:
?AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma or at least 10 years of experience in the field

?Confident, competent and self motivated and outgoing
?Excellent communication skills
The salary for this position will be $75,000 per annum.
