The Role:
As National Operations Manager you would work collaboratively with the Executive Team. The role is responsible for overseeing all operations, mentoring the Managers and their teams in business growth, customer service excellence, systems management and the implementation of progressive business strategies.
Key responsibilities:
- Brand positioning
- Change management
- Strategic business planning
- Marketing and branding
- People and Culture including performance reviews and effective team management
- Purchasing and procurement
- Strong operational experience across multi-site operations. Min 5+ years.
- Experience essential in a Senior Leadership role
- Exceptional presentation and effective communication skills
- Proven success in business analysis, strategic planning and financial reporting
- Willingness to travel extensively to all venues across the country
- Exceptional salary package of $200-$250k + super + kpi bonuses depending on experience
- Fantastic company support in the form of the Executive team
