In this newly created role, we are seeking a creative and strategic National Organisational Development Manager to join our high performing People and Culture team. You will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of fit-for-purpose OD initiatives with a view to continuously improve our People Experience at Komatsu.
Your responsibilities include:
- Overall management of the Komatsu Talent Management Strategy.
- Develop a best-in-class Leadership Architecture and Mentoring Program to support our Career Framework and embed our expected behaviours.
- Utilise continuous listening data to improve existing OD processes and implement new initiatives that align with company objectives and enhance overall performance.
- Being the subject matter expert for SuccessFactors Recruitment, Learning and Succession Modules.
Role Located: Sydney. We are open to candidates near any of our locations within Australia (Brisbane or Perth).

What we are looking for:
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Organisational Development or related fields.
- Demonstrated experience-based knowledge of Organisational Development.
- Experience with SuccessFactors would be highly regarded.
- Relationship management and customer focus skills to support collaboration at all levels.
- Technical skills in Talent Management, Workforce Planning, Change Management, Training & Development, Data Analysis and Digitisation.
- A solid understanding of Learning & Development or Adult Leaning Principles.
