As a Product Manager you will play a pivotal role in driving new product launches from inception to completion, merchandising, manage product life-cycle exit strategies, product sales training, market research and product marketing guidance to enable strong sales results.

What your day will look like:
- Be the product champion for technical support to our Retail team and understand user needs
- Drive range consistency across our store network with successful marketing
- Build sales focused programs to maximise margins through sourcing and selling proficiency
- Develop a pricing strategy for your respective categories
- Forecasting and Category analysis / reporting
- Introduce new products end to end and exit non-performing products
- Communication of product development timelines with internal stakeholders
- Create presentations to engage and educate internal stakeholders
What you will bring to the role:
- Tertiary degree or diploma in Product Marketing and/or Marketing Major is highly regarded.
- Experience in a similar role or industry experience (3-5years).
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to liaise with staff at all levels
- Strong people skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to meet deadlines and demonstrate a sense of urgency
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Self-motivated and a can-do attitude
