Key Responsibilities:
- Leads, coach and develop the sales team to optimise performance & support sales objectives
- Develop and implement the long-term strategies to grow accounts, defining growth levers, must win battles and key market and retailer priorities
- Set targets for the sales force
- Identify areas for team development, collaborate to ensure training programs are aligned with the sales organization’s needs
- Analyse market and competitor trends to align business directions across Australia.
- A willingness to travel to national shows and industry events to showcase product offerings and build a wide network of customers and connections on a national scale.
To be successful you will need:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales milestones.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and a passion for building effective teams.
- The ability to travel, as required (Interstate).
- Suitable tertiary qualifications.
- Sydney Based
Automotive industry (4x4) or leisure industry experience and product knowledge is a significant advantage but not essential.
