The Role:

Great opportunity for a driven National account Manager to champion our brand portfolio. Lead strategic initiatives, drive sales growth, and forge key partnerships in a dynamic consumer health landscape.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and drive market share growth for Haleon's consumer brands
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Woolworths' key account stakeholders, including buyers and category managers.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and develop actionable plans.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including marketing, supply chain, and finance, to ensure alignment and execution of business objectives.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and promotional plans to maximize brand visibility and profitability within Woolworths' stores.
  • Monitor and manage account performance, including sales forecasts, promotional effectiveness, and inventory levels.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitive landscape to internal stakeholders and management.

About you:

As a pivotal member of our sales team, you'll cultivate robust professional relationships with retailer while driving growth and success. You will be a strategic thinker with commercial acumen to elevate our brands and success.  In addition to the above you will have:

  • Strong analytical skills- Microsoft office suite
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills                                    
  • Highly proficient in office programs especially excel. 
  • Excellent commercial acumen
  • National Account Manager experience within FMCG preferred.
