Brief Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and security industry-experienced Technical Sales and Marketing professional to grab this opportunity with both hands.
If successful you will join their team in Brisbane with a national responsibility. The successful candidate will be responsible for distributing security & intrusion detection equipment throughout Australia, managing and growing the client base, and developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies.
Responsibilities Include:
- Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Manage and grow the existing client base
- Provide technical support and training to clients and the distribution team
- Attend trade shows and industry events
- Collaborate with the distribution team and the manufacturer to ensure effective communication and support
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends
Requirements include but are not limited to:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Technical Sales and marketing, preferably in the electronic security industry
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of intrusion detection equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide training
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel within Australia occasionally
- Full driver's license
Salary and Benefits:
- Base salary of $100,000 to $110,000 per annum negotiable
- Car allowance and petrol card
- Incentive scheme
- Full and comprehensive support from the manufacturer and the distribution team
- Work very closely with the MD as you would form a key part of the management team,
