ABOUT THIS ROLE:
Reporting to the Head of Human Relations, our Training Co-Ordinator’s primary objective is to further develop our training content to ensure we adhere to strict regulatory training and competency requirements, whilst supporting ContiTech Australia to improve efficiencies and achieve business strategies within a rapid period of growth.
Based in Perth (Wangara) – this role will require some travel to site.
TASKS INCLUDE:
- Audit existing materials, liaise with key internal stakeholders and continue to develop work instructions, inductions, and VOC’s (initial focus on our blue-collar workforce).
- Create and update our eLearning modules within our LMS – in alignment with ContiTech best practice, trade materials and engineering specifications.
- Update our TMS/HRIS to ensure that training records and logbooks are completed and up to date.
- Work closely with global ESH team to ensure we address personal and environmental practices within our associated training.
- Co-ordinate our training calendar and Trainer Assessor mobilizations (in alignment with on-site planning/ activities) to achieve training metrics and ROI.
- Book external training – inc. Apprenticeships & Site Required Qualifications via our preferred vendors and lodge submissions for subsidy claims.
- Attend site to ensure performance and adherence of operating procedures.
- Report any non-conformances to relevant stakeholders and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
- Prepare various training reports for HOHR analytics and deliver monthly updates to Services Leadership Team.

Experience & Qualifications
- Relevant diploma or tertiary - minimum Cert IV in Training Assessment (TAE40116)
- Minimum 5 yrs. demonstrated success within a Training Co-Ordinator/ Management role (ideally Conveyor Solutions or Mining)
- Experience building eLearning content within creator platforms – ideally Storyline 360, Articulate Rise.
- Experience within LMS platforms – scorm content/ workflow creations/ profile administration etc. – ELMO advantageous.
- Previous experience applying training modules to AI technologies – particularly VR – for future training initiatives. – advantageous.
- First Aid and Mental Health First Aid Qualifications advantageous.
