Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of two dedicated professionals
• Drive the development of annual WHS improvement programs
• Conduct thorough investigations into safety-related incidents
• Collaborate closely with senior management to devise comprehensive safety strategies
• Deliver impactful WHS training sessions
• Ensure strict adherence to policies and procedures
• Oversee the implementation of our Emergency Management Program
• Foster and maintain robust relationships with our key clients

Requirements:

• Possess a minimum of 8 years' experience in a Senior Health & Safety role, with a strong background in blue-collar environments
• Hold relevant qualifications in WHS or a related field
• Demonstrate exceptional leadership capabilities with a proven track record in instilling a safety-first culture
• Exhibit proficiency in policy and procedure development
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and adept at data analysis
• Willing to travel interstate
• Hold a current driver's license and have access to a reliable vehicle for site visits
