Our Client are recruiting a Business Development Manager specializing in machine guarding, warehouse and distribution safety barriers, process line safety cages and barriers, and pallet racking barriers.
Targeting end users (anyone with warehouses or process lines) system integrators, and OEMs. Engage with Project Managers, Project Engineers, Purchasing Managers, Operations Managers, and Warehouse Managers. Typically project values range from $30-100k but they can cater for projects up to $1 million with sales cycles ranging from from 4 weeks to 18 months
Your primarily focus is on new Business Development (70%) while maintaining existing accounts (30%) focussing on Tier 2 – 3 clients with a turnover between $10-50 million.
Candidates with experience in selling in to industrial end users and candidates with capital equipment sales experienced are invited to apply.
Seeking individuals with a strong "hunter" mentality and a proactive approach to sales.
Comprehensive product training will be available to ensure success in the role.
Opportunity to grow within a small yet globally-oriented business, with potential advancement to National Sales Manager within 3-4 years.
Compensation Package:
- Salary Range: $120,000 - $140,000 per annum, plus Superannuation.
- Bonus: Up to 3 months' salary based on performance.
- Car Allowance: $20,000 provided, or a company car if preferred.
