bWellness is a growing nutraceutical and bioregulatory medicine company that manages well-known, Practitioner-Only brands such as Bio-Practica and Brauer Professional. bWellness is dedicated to supporting the work of Natural Medicine practitioners with high quality education, information and premium nutraceutical products.
Well versed in Natural medicine and with effective communication skills, the Marketing & Education Officer will be responsible for ensuring bWellness continues to deliver high quality and industry relevant education, and extends the reach of the education audience through strategic marketing. This role will be conducted remotely and will work up to 20 hours per week on a casual basis.
Role Responsibilities:
- Planning and execution of online education for nutrition and bioregulatory medicine products
- Planning and execution of the marketing for the online education and products
- Support the Marketing Brand Manager, Education Manager and Technical Innovation Manager in the development and execution of electronically delivered marketing materials
- Collaborate with the Education Manager and Technical Innovation Manager to develop education material for new and existing product, including technical sheets and brochures
- Confidently present education to an audience of healthcare practitioners, from a variety of modalities in both online and in-person forums
- Seek out new research relevant to the bWellness range and furthering the education strategy with technically innovative and clinically relevant information
Qualifications & Experience:
- Tertiary qualification in Health Sciences – Homeopathy, Naturopathy, Nutrition or similar
- Formal study in Homeopathy and/or experience in Homeopathic practice is preferred
- Experience in a similar role is highly regarded

- Strong written and verbal skills with an ability to critique, interpretate and translate technical research and information into material, suitable for marketing and education publication
- Ability to edit and review written work to ensure suitability for a range of audiences and/or stakeholders
- Ability to work within the regulatory framework, required for both practitioner and consumer-facing marketing and education material
- Working knowledge of Practitioner Only products and healthcare regulatory principles as they apply to educational and marketing materials
- Well-developed organisation skills, including the ability to meet tight and/or competing deadlines, achieve established targets, prioritise work and multi-task when required
- Ability to use own initiative and apply sound judgement when faced with both day-to-day and more complex/sensitive problems or challenges
- Ability to work autonomously as well as an effective member of a team
- Demonstrated competence in the Microsoft suite of programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Proven, well-developed interpersonal skills that promote trust, engagement and credibility across a broad range of customers, staff members and other key internal and external stakeholders
