Our Customer Service Consultants will work within flexible working arrangements. Full training and professional development opportunities. We currently have 1 vacancy open and are looking for someone who can work: Day Shift, shifts Monday to Friday and up to 12.30 Saturday As a key member of our growing team, you will be primarily responsible for: Managing customer enquiries and requests Accurate and detailed data entry into our Work Management System Managing competing priorities to ensure KPI’s are achieved Escalating any conflicts or difficult situations Perform administrative tasks ABOUT YOU Customer Service or Call Centre Experience Negotiation and problem-solving skills Demonstrated experience in managing customer complaints/complex enquiries Excellent verbal and written communication skills Positive attitude Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word ABOUT US Our Downer Facilities & Asset Services business provides end-to-end facilities management and asset lifecycle support services for Australia’s critical social and economic infrastructure.
