Skills & experience we are looking for from applicants:
👩⚕️ Orthodontic practice team leader or practice manager experience
💼 Treatment Coordination experience

Your Day-to-Day:
🤝 Support and collaborate with team members
💼 Train Treatment Coordinators and Front Desk staff on new patient enquiries
📞 Meet with clients for training
👥 Recruit team members for our client practices
🛠️ Conduct workshops
📊 Generate practice reports, analyse data, and provide recommendations
📅 Work 3 to 5 days a week depending on the applicant. (Work From Home however occasional travel to clients will be needed and so you will need to be based in Australia, preferably in NSW, QLD, ACT or SA.)
