The Role
The purpose of the NDIS Plan Management Officer role is to support the needs of the NDIS Plan Management clients as well as provide general finance operations support. NDIS Plan Management is an operation of the Centacare Finance team and is growing rapidly in clients requesting our services. NDIS Plan Management involves providing financial intermediary services for clients with NDIS support plans.
Part-Time 0.6 FTE opportunity on Wednesday to Friday

What you need to bring
- Knowledge of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)
- Experience in managing budgets
- Experience in a Plan Management role
- Experience in dealing with high volume invoice processing
- Excellent problem solving, customer service and communication skills
- Valid department of Human Services (DHS) Working with Children Check
- Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Valid Australian driver’s licence
- Ability to work Wednesday to Friday during standard business hours
- Knowledge of disability and community services
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting/Bookkeeping or a similar qualification
- CRM experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite skills (particularly excel)
- Permanent, on-going Part-Time position
