Signs Inc. is seeking an experienced Office Manager to join its well-respected sign manufacturing and project management business.
This key role will work closely with management to facilitate the smooth and efficient day-to-day operation of Signs Inc. through reception/front-of-house duties, payroll, administration and ad-hoc project support.
Responsible for providing customer service to our clients and suppliers and interacting with staff daily, the successful candidate will be professional, well presented and have a ‘can-do’ attitude. They will have great written and verbal communication skills, be organised and hold exceptional time management skills.
A minimum of five years experience in office management and/or bookkeeping is required. Experience leading or coordinating a small team would be beneficial. Exposure to the manufacturing, project management and/or logistics industries would also be beneficial but is not essential.
