What You Will Be Doing
We are seeking allied health professionals and/or experienced allied health professionals to join our growing NDIS Support Coordination team.
As an NDIS Support Coordinator with Peninsula Health you will be assisting a caseload of NDIS Participants with a range of disabilities to:
• connect to NDIS funded and mainstream supports
• build their capacity and capability to understand their plan, navigate the NDIS and make their own decisions
• broker supports and services in line with their wishes and plan budget
• monitor plan budgets and the effectiveness of their supports, and
• develop emergency and disaster management plans to ensure their safety in times of crisis

What You Need
• A tertiary qualification in allied health and membership to the relevant national accreditation body and/or experience in NDIS Support Coordination
• Excellent problem solving, financial management, and report writing skills
• A demonstrated ability to adapt to change and to display initiative in relation to continuous improvement
• A current Victorian drivers licence
•The successful applicant will need to obtain a NDIS Worker Screening Check (this will be at your own cost)
