About the Role
The primary role of the NDIS Support Coordinator is to contribute to EKJP’s vision by providing Support Coordination to participants within East Kimberley Job Pathway’s NDIS Service, Wayfinder.
You will do this by:
- Using a range of supports to increase participants capacity to maintain relationships, live more independently, and be included in the community
- Co-creating person-centered support plans with clients
- Support participants to build the skills they need to understand, implement, and use their NDIS plan
Desired Skills and Experience
- At least 12 months' experience in an NDIS or Disability Services role
- Preferred experience in a Coordinator or Management position
