Job description

Lifestyle Plus is a NDIS registered provider located in Adelaide providing both CORE disability support services and Support Coordination along with support for those in Aged Care.

Established in late 2015, Lifestyle Plus is a private company dedicated to providing support services to a diverse community. Our reach extends to individuals with disabilities, those over 65, and anyone in need of support. Currently, we support participants with NDIS plans, and we also serve private aged care clients who value our services.

What sets us apart is our commitment to being customer service oriented. At Lifestyle Plus, we prioritise the individual's needs, and we're all about being person-centred, whether you're a part of our staff or a person receiving support. When our staff members bring unique interests and skillsets to the table, we utilise these qualities to enrich the services we offer. Likewise, if a client has specific interests to nurture or explore, we ensure the perfect match allowing both staff member and participant to enjoy their time together.

It's worth noting that many of our staff members have personal connections to individuals with disabilities, mental health issues, or those in their golden years. We understand the profound impact we can make in someone's life by providing exceptional support, and that's what drives us every day.
