Position: NDIS Disability Support Worker (Casual)
Location: Adelaide (SA)

Role and Responsibilities: As an NDIS Disability Support Worker with Empower
Premium Care, you will play a crucial role in assisting individuals with disabilities in
achieving their goals and enhancing their quality of life. Your responsibilities will
include:
 Providing one-on-one support to clients in their homes or community settings.
 Assisting with daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and
household tasks.
 Implementing individualised care plans and ensuring clients' safety and well-
being.
 Promoting community engagement and social participation.
 Documenting observations and progress notes.
 
Requirements: To excel in this role, we are looking for individuals who possess the
following qualifications and qualities:
 A genuine passion for helping and supporting individuals with disabilities.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 A current driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
 Current police check
 A valid Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) card (or willingness to obtain
one).
 A current NDIS worker screening clearance (or willingness to obtain clearance
before commencing the role)
 Previous experience in disability support or related fields is a plus.
