Our supportive team makes for rewarding work - which involves supporting daily living tasks, community engagement, and economic participation. No formal qualifications required for what is categorised as ‘core’ support. 

Our clientele is based primarily in the Northern Suburbs of Melbourne. Please note that current demand is for domestic support - so please ensure this is part of your skillset. 

To start, we pay a generous, well-above-award rate of $40 per hour for your services, with opportunities to expand and/or develop into full-time work. 

Key Responsibilities

Develop a practical understanding of individuals' goals and plans.
Implement person-centred approaches and customise services.
Assist customers with their needs and expectations.
Adopt flexibility and communicate effectively.
Utilise knowledge of available supports and services.
Collaborate with the team and report progress.
Organise work, manage time and contribute to planning.
Maintain documentation and adhere to reporting requirements.
Utilise technology systems for records and billing.
Comply with policies, legislation, and safety standards.
 

Skills & Experience:

Possess a valid VIC driver’s license (essential).
Hold current DHS Working with Children, Check DHS NDIS Worker Screening Check and National Police Clearance (essential).
Completed Covid-19 Vaccinations (2 doses + 1 booster).
Utilized experience to provide community support and training.
Leveraged experience in offering one-to-one client support.
Applied experience in managing clients with complex issues.
Collaborated with stakeholders, drawing from experience, to achieve client outcomes.
Utilized experience in identifying and accessing community resources for client support.
