Electrical contractor admin needed!
We need an admin superstar to assist us in the day-to-day operations of the business. This role demands a blend of exceptional customer service, meticulous attention to detail, creative problem-solving, and above all, outstanding communication with our customers and team of electricians.
If you have an advanced understanding in the use of Servicem8 you will be at the top of the list when it comes time to decide who we think would be best suited to the position, the most suitable candidate will have excellent knowledge, experience and ability with the following…
- ** Servicem8 **
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook).
- Answering phone calls and email enquiries.
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- High-level general computer skills (ability to resolve basic issues or at least have a go when something weird happens).
- Be able to use an iPhone and drive an Apple computer.
- Being unbelievably organised.
- Handle sensitive and private information.
- A trades-based background could be an advantage especially if It’s an electrical one.
- Job Scheduling.
- Stock control.
- Working unsupervised.
- Be able to handle a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Record-keeping and time tracking.
- Being a team player, handling different personalities and working to get the best out of them.
- Drivers licence.
- Create quotes, send invoices and follow up on late payers with tact and discretion.
- Your able to use correct spelling with you're emails.
Essentially you would be the beating heart of the business.
- The job will be a 40-hour week Monday to Friday 8-4:30 from our office at Pialba.
