Our Brisbane Depot is currently seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our team based at Yatala. We are seeking a junior trainee to start immediately. This role will see you working as part of our Administration team.
This is a busy and dynamic role ideal for an individual that respects the importance of accuracy, processes, and data integrity.
This role involves (but is not limited to):
Learning all aspects of a busy transport company encompassing Answering incoming calls
Customer service
Answering email enquiries
Booking shipments
General office duties
The following skills and attributes will contribute to your success in the role:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Working with Excel at an intermediate/advanced level
- Computer literate
- Unrestricted working entitlements in Australia
