What you'll be doing
We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer with the ability to work in a demanding environment with an enthusiastic sense of customer support. You will be responsible for managing the day to day operations of the Client networks, monitor and respond to incidents\problems within SLA's, planning and deploying updates under change to ensure the security of the environment and assist in upgrades.
Working Conditions
• Based in Deakin, ACT
• Permanent full time
• Hybrid work
• Australian Citizen with NV1 Security Clearance or ability to obtain one
What will make you successful in this role?
Experience with:
- NV1 clearance
- Cisco enterprise network switches and routers
- Cisco Wireless controllers and Access Points
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, routing protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF), and network security principles
- Ability to trouble shoot, conduct root cause analysis and remediation activities
- Working knowledge of standard ITIL process, Incident, Change, Problem and configuration management
