The Role:

New Boat Responsibilities:

• Price and organize all options for New Boats.
• Collaborate with boat owners to add additional options during the build.
• Ensure that all options are ready for addition at handover.
• Price, source, and organize the fitment of tenders and accessories via the RMC Service Centre Techs.
• Conduct New Boat QC audits at the Riviera Factory.
• Compile a QC audit list and liaise with the factory to address noted items.
• Oversee the preparation of vessels, ensuring they are make-ready.
• Coordinate with RMC Service Centre and external trades for the installation of dealer-fitted options.
• Organize client handover and training programs.

Warranty & RMC Training Program Responsibilities:

• Manage all warranty-related matters, liaising with boat owners and sales agents.
• Organize warranty repairs and direct them to RMC Service or external trades.
• Collaborate with the factory when necessary to address warranty needs.
• Keep the factory informed of recurring warranty issues.
• Coordinate vessel movements for warranty and dealership purposes as needed.
• Assist with owner training, both in-person and through online video production as needed.
