We are seeking an experienced Service & Warranty Supervisor to join our busy Service & Warranty Team located around the Wide Bay area. This hands-on role requires painting, plastering and general handyman skills. Please apply if you have previous experience in residential building maintenance.
Reporting to the Building Support Manager, your responsibilities will include: Managing the overall 180-day defects liability period after settlement and the Builders Warranty period
Providing written assessments on all inspections
Providing supervision and maximising productivity by ensuring subcontract trade availability
Continuously reviewing building practices and procedures
Ensuring compliance with established cost management imperatives

The successful candidate will have: Experience in the building industry (preferably within the volume new home environment), ideally within carpentry Strong project management skills, knowledge of building regulations, OHS regulations and QA systemsExperience in developing and managing organisational and external networks, particularly with tradesA customer focus, exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills.
This role requires a national police check to be undertaken.
