We are seeking an experienced Service & Warranty Supervisor to join our busy Service & Warranty Team located around the Brisbane North / Sunshine Coast area. This hands-on role requires painting, plastering and general handyman skills. Please apply if you have previous experience in residential building maintenance.
Reporting to the Building Support Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the overall 180-day defects liability period after settlement and the Builders Warranty period
- Providing written assessments on all inspections
- Providing supervision and maximising productivity by ensuring subcontract trade availability
- Continuously reviewing building practices and procedures
- Ensuring compliance with established cost management imperatives

- Experience in the building industry (preferably within the volume new home environment), ideally within carpentry
- Strong project management skills, knowledge of building regulations, OHS regulations and QA systems
- Experience in developing and managing organisational and external networks, particularly with trades
- A customer focus, exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills.
This role requires a national police check to be undertaken.
