Service & Warranty Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Service & Warranty Supervisor to join our busy Service & Warranty Team located around the Brisbane North / Sunshine Coast area. This hands-on role requires painting, plastering and general handyman skills. Please apply if you have previous experience in residential building maintenance.

Reporting to the Building Support Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the overall 180-day defects liability period after settlement and the Builders Warranty period
• Providing written assessments on all inspections
• Providing supervision and maximising productivity by ensuring subcontract trade availability
• Continuously reviewing building practices and procedures
• Ensuring compliance with established cost management imperatives
• Fostering a positive and focused culture where customer service and teamwork is paramount.

The successful candidate will have:

• Experience in the building industry (preferably within the volume new home environment), ideally within carpentry
• Strong project management skills, knowledge of building regulations, OHS regulations and QA systems
• Experience in developing and managing organisational and external networks, particularly with trades
• A customer focus, exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills.
