As the New Business Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of RIB Software solutions in the marketplace. You will build and nurture a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure individual and collective success. As well, Utilise your expertise to identify New Business opportunities, establish key partnerships, and drive market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- Help build and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability.
- Identify New Business opportunities, cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, and negotiate contracts to drive sales growth.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and maximise market penetration.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to deliver exceptional value to their customers.
