Working exclusively with BYD, we are looking for a Stock Controller who has a can do attitude to support our Pre Delivery Team
Based at our Pre Delivery centre at Brisbane Airport with free onsite parking, The Stock Controller will be responsible for creating repair orders for the preparation of vehicles for delivery, including booking transport , maintaining and updating our Demonstrator and display vehicles. They will be someone that respects and values relationships with our manufacturer, our staff, and all internal departments.
To do this, you’ll need a knack for connecting and working well with pretty much everybody. Creative problem-solving and excellent attention to detail are essential. You’ll also need to have impeccable time management skills and the ability to think outside the box. In your new role, you will be supported by a strong and structured leadership team.
You will demonstrate expertise in developing innovative ways of driving and improving process. As such a vital part of the team, you will work closely with our Pre-Delivery Centre team to prepare vehicles for delivery.
About You
- Previous Vehicle Stock Controller experience is favourable
- Knowledge of motor dealership systems and basic understanding of automotive industry is highly regarded
- Meticulous and driven to succeed
- Excellent time management & administration skills
- Strong & professional verbal, written and phone communication
- Proven ability to build rapport and foster successful relationships
- Excellent attention to detail, punctual & reliable
- Intermediate computer skills (ERA experience would be desirable)
