About the Position
On offer is a New Homes Consultant position servicing the Coffs Coast region. As part of our high-performing team, you'll embody our commitment to inspiring and enhancing the emotional journey of our customers. - New Home Sales, based out of our Coffs Harbour Office and Display Homes throughout the region
- Responding to a high volume of lead enquiry, following up with prospective customers promptly converting to signed contracts.
- Network within the franchise area with Land Developers, Real Estate Agents and other key partners
- Working closely with our customers to design their dream home, with a high level of attention to detail and the flexibility to customise our G.J Gardner designs to suit our clients needs
- Maintain and manage a database utilising our state of the art GJ Gardner Homes software, preparing accurate quotes and maintaining efficient workflow.
- Monitoring market conditions, competitor activity, sales volumes, pricing and product offerings, staying updated on industry trends and local developments to provide informed assistance to our customers.
- Attend weekly sales meetings and site visits to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Prepare house and land packages as required
- Manage tasks efficiently while prioritising customer satisfaction.
Skills and Experience
To be considered for this exciting opportunity you must demonstrate the following:
- Ideally previous experience in New Home Sales or a strong interest in the residential building sector. If not, have a willingness to learn something new and a desire to forge a successful career in the home build industry – be coachable!
- Drive, energy, commitment, responsibility and an ability to generate real results, with exceptional communication skills and ability to build trust with stakeholders.
- A history of consistent prospecting, networking and lead-generation with an adaptable mindset and a willingness to refine sales approaches.
- Excellent computer literacy and a high level attention to detail, accuracy and resilience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Capability to work independently and as part of a team,
- Fantastic customer service and the ability to build rapport with people on all levels
- Excellent presentation, professional attitude, with an outgoing and friendly personality

- Possession of a current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
