Due to this, they are looking for experienced and passionate Sales Consultants to join their team. With opportunities in both Sydney and the Central Coast, choose a location to fit your network & lifestyle and the sky is the limit for your potential to earn!Reporting to an experienced and supportive Sales Manager and backed up by a well-oiled, high functioning head office administrative team, your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying customer's needs and determining products to suit their requirements to build their dream home
- Understand the fundamentals of building & design, understanding different blocks and building requirements to determine feasibility for a KDR project
- Generating and following up leads to convert to sales
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers
- Developing external referral relationships with developers and real estate agents
- Consistent market research providing an understanding of housing industry
You will be a confident and approachable personality, driven to succeed within a sales environment whilst providing an authentic client experience. You will also possess;
- A strong track record in New Home Sales, experience is a MUST
- Thorough understanding of current residential market trends
- Sound knowledge of KDR
- Demonstrated success in converting leads into sales
- Knowledge of the building industry and understanding of architectural plans
- Ability to build great relationships
- Good knowledge of IT systems and processes
- Ability to work weekends
