Working With Us
Part of the ABN Group and privately owned by Dale Alcock, DAHSW is now recruiting for New Home Sales Consultants across all our 3 brands – Homebuyers Centre, Celebration Homes and Dale Alcock Homes for the Bunbury and Busselton regions.
You can expect to build integral relationships, provide consistent and excellent customer service to deliver the dream of home ownership. You will be provided with leads generated by company marketing strategies and will be expected to follow up on new enquiries to convert to new home sale contracts.
Responsibilities include:
- Generating referral sales from existing customers and your own network
- Updating and maintaining sales data
- Continuously learning new product and land availability
- Producing home and land packages
- Effective management of customer relations through to the completion of each home
Our Consultants are supported to achieve the above through:
- A brand-new state of the art Retail Centre – Home Collective
- Industry leading preconstruction and construction timeframes
- In-house Design and Estimating teams for fast turnaround
- Exclusive land and development partnering
- In-house finance through Resolve (Australia’s largest construction loan specialist)
