About the Role:
- Single-Storey homes mostly
- Allocate materials and trades to job sites.
- Ensure timely construction of New Homes.
- Effectively communicate with clients, trades, and management in a professional manner.
- Inspecting completed projects to ensure a high standard of quality.
- Maintaining and updating company systems – using cutting-edge technology in the building industry at the moment making your job easier.
- Reporting to management regarding onsite activity
- Negotiating with subcontractors and coordinating onsite works.
- Identifying and resolving problems throughout the construction process.
About You:
The successful applicant will:
- Have excellent communication skills with the ability to converse clearly and effectively with all staff, trades, suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.
- Possess exceptional attention to detail.
- Be self-motivated and resourceful.
- Have high level of organisational and time management skills.
- Have the ability to work effectively unsupervised.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Have sound knowledge of Building Codes.
- Have an existing trade base.
