Lilydale Automotive Group is an exciting, small team dealership located in the Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne.
We are on the hunt for a new starter to join our Hyundai New Car Sales team! “Tomorrow looks good” with amazing new models always arriving with the H badge on them!
The candidate will join in contributing to our volume aspirations in 2024. Our team is small, close knit team and driven for sales success. This setup promises two things: Being busy & making money!
Reporting to our management team this is an exciting role on offer with plenty of volume opportunity!
KEY TASKS
- Promote our quality range of new Hyundai models to suit every individual customer’s needs, with confidence and professionalism
- Performing all aspects of selling new cars: follow up internet leads, respond to customer enquiries on the dealership yard/showroom, complete accurate data entry and prepare documentation
- Develop a detailed knowledge of all products, including their benefits and features and be able to demonstrate these capabilities and features relevant to customer needs
- Undertake day to day vehicle presentation, sales and customer service functions with confidence and authenticity
- Actively pursue and promptly respond to all sales enquiries
- Implement and follow best practice dealership and manufacturer process
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and pursue profitable opportunities through timely customer follow up
ABOUT YOU
We’re looking for a candidate who is passionate about sales and customer service to effectively coordinate and optimise a range of sales and customer service functions in a dealership environment aimed at building lasting customer relationships and ensuring the delivery of a seamless end to end sales process.
- Ability to quickly acquire strong product knowledge and learn best practice sales process
- A genuine passion for sales and providing outstanding customer service
- Previous success working as part of a fast-paced, high performing team (this could be in another industry such as retail or hospitality)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to develop a strong rapport with stakeholders
- Professional, well presented, punctual and reliable
- Well organised with a strong attention to detail, data accuracy and process
- High level of computer literacy including Microsoft Office applications
- Hold a current Drivers Licence
Prior industry experience in Car Sales would be highly regarded but not essential. Perhaps you have experience in other sales based, incentive driven roles such as retail, real estate or insurance. We are willing to train and develop the right candidate with a standout attitude and drive! You will bring the commitment, attitude and a real hunger to sell and we’ll teach you the rest in terms of our products, services and process!
