The NRM is responsible for building strong links between the Property Management team and the sales team as well as creating and maintaining relationships resulting in bringing new managements to the portfolio. The NRM is a lead generator and convertor prospecting for new clients to help grow the portfolio. All tasks must be performed in accordance ACT Legislation and conducted in a business-like fashion in the applicable time frames. All communication must be recorded on the Property Management system to ensure record keeping is exemplary.
Position Specifications
Building Portfolio
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of our company's products, agency, and the real estate market.
- Employ various methods including telephone calls, referrals, newsletters, and workshops to build and nurture client relationships.
- Effectively manage property inquiries and leads.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, owners, tenants, contractors, and sales staff.
- Handle general administrative tasks efficiently.
- Utilize property management software, including Agentbox and Property Tree.
TRAINING
- Ensure CPD compliance and registration
- Undertake all training as set
PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT
- Attend regular meetings with PM team covering off issues and challenges.
- Ensure best practices and compliance for all functions are carried out
- Meet teams and individual KPI’s
- Attend one on ones as required with Senior PM in the form of meetings, and written communications.
- Maintain key relationships with other departments for overall growth of the portfolio
- Ensure workflow is completed in a timely manner.
COMMUNICATION
- Clear and concise communication between departments, staff in written and particularly clients
- Must have the confidence in relationship building, negotiating and creating trust.
- Plenty of drive, initiative and motivation
- Effectively carryout tasks rolled out across communication platforms (Outlook, Slack)
- Clear and concise note taking on all face-to-face meetings, including dates and times and pertinent points of discussions.

- Current ACT Real Estate registration
