This recruitment may be used to fill future positions for temporary and casual positions.
You'll be working closely with the Acting Associate Director Nursing and Midwifery Leadership, Culture and Research to manage the Nexus Evolution Program 2024. Key findings from the program will be used to inform and contribute to nursing and midwifery leadership development curricula.
If you have:
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) with post graduate qualification in a specialty area (as deemed appropriate by the panel) and/or leadership/management
- Demonstrated high level leadership skills and experience in project management. Ability to work independently maintaining project timelines and achieving high quality outcomes
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency in key stakeholder consultation, facilitation and presentation. Demonstrated competence in high standard report writing
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to balance and independently manage concurrent workload priorities. Capable of identifying and communicating actual and perceived program challenges with innovative solutions put forward
- Able to work closely and adaptively with the immediate team and collaborate across multiple Local Health District sites and services
- Demonstrated analytical skills, computer literacy and the ability to use a variety of computer applications (e.g. word processing, excel, databases and Intranet)
- Valid unrestricted drivers’ licence for use in NSW/Australia and willingness to travel in the course of employment
