Night Auditor to join Sofitel Gold Coast Broadbeach. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for completing overnight audit duties while also providing friendly and professional service to our valued guests.
Your Opportunity:- Conducting overnight audit procedures with precision and accuracy.
- Maintaining guest accounts, posting charges, reconciling payments and generating daily reports, while working closely with the Night Manager.
- Providing exceptional customer service as you check-in/check-out guests and assist with general enquiries at the Front Desk.
- Responding promptly to guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- Assisting with administrative tasks to support smooth operations.
QualificationsSkills and Experience:- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Opera Cloud or other hotel management software is a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for hospitality and service excellence.
- Professional appearance representing our Sofitel brand.
