About the role
A fantastic opportunity currently exists for a dedicated and experienced Night Auditor to join our team at Stamford Plaza Adelaide on a part time basis.
Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for the effective operation of the hotels night functions including:
- Completing night audit reports accurately and thoroughly
- Ensuring accurate charges to our guests
- Assisting the team with checking in and out guests and assisting with guests queries
- Assisting in managing the overnight operation of the hotel
- Monitoring the safety and security of the hotel
About you
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Experience in Opera cloud
- High level of excel skills
- Previous experience in Night Audit shifts
- Excellent customer service, communication and time management skills
- Available to work shifts 11pm – 7am. Be flexible to work day shifts if required
- High level of personal presentation
- Ability to work autonomously
- Current First Aid Certificate would be advantageous
