Sage Wollongong is recruiting for a talented & detail-oriented Part Time Night Auditor to join our Reception team. You will be responsible for auditing & administrating the Hotel's operating departments, whilst delivering exceptional hospitality & ensuring that our guests are welcomed and assisted throughout their stay.

About the Role
Based at the Front Office, our Night Auditor is responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality, whilst ensuring the accurate administration of guest billing & reservations. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the front desk operations during the overnight period.
Position Responsibilities
- Night Shift from 11pm - 7am. Must be available to work on a rotating roster, weekends and public holidays.
- The accurate recording and breakdown of Room Tariffs / Packages on the PMS for all guests.
- Verifying & auditing payment records within the PMS & Credit Card Terminals
- Administrate guest billing & reservations enquiries smoothly & accurately
- Answer all incoming calls promptly and pleasantly and provide appropriate assistance
- Regular reporting of maintenance requirements and scheduling repairs at appropriate times to keep all areas looking and functioning optimally.
Skills & Experience
- Experience in a Hotel reception environment, working with a property management system (ie: OPERA)
- Professional verbal and written communication skills and an eye for detail
- Impeccable grooming and presentation
- The ability to multi-task, work under pressure and problem solve effectively.
- The flexibility to work a 24/7 roster, including public holidays and weekends.
- A current First Aid Certificate and RSA Qualification
- Be level headed to handle any emergencies within the hotel, including acting as the Chief Fire Warden and First Aid Officer
- Experience in overnights and auditing seen as advantageous
