The position is based at our purpose built facility in Bassendean.
More on the role:
Reporting to the Night Production Manager you will be required to perform the follow tasks, inclusive of but not limited to;
- Proofing and baking of all viennoiserie – extensive experience on ovens is favourable
- Proofing and frying of donuts
- Making brioche dough
- Making croissant dough
- Finishing/decorating baked products
- Cutting and balling of donuts
- Quality control of all pastry items
- General cleaning and upkeep of equipment and facility
- Improve efficiency and quality through new ideas and processes
Must haves:
- Minimum 2 years pastry or bakery oven experience
- Quality control driven where only the best product in the industry is your goal
- Excellent communication skills
- Great team player who puts other staff, our clients and the business first
Shifts are 7pm-3am. You will do a 38 hour week with overtime paid thereafter.
On the job training will be provided however, we need somebody with enough experience that can jump straight in and hit the ground running with the full support of the senior management team.
