Qualifications & experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in marketing, social media management, video editing and graphic design.
- Experience working with email marketing software such as klayvio.
- Knowledge of shopify and ability to make basic web updates.
- Good understanding in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with social media management tools.
- Strong creative vision and the ability to translate ideas into visually appealing content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Passion for wholesome food/hospitality, creativity, and innovation, with a finger on the pulse of current trends.
- Positive attitude, team player mentality, and willingness to contribute ideas and collaborate.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Content Creation: Create engaging visual content for social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and TikTok.
- Graphic Design: Edit graphics and layouts for social media, promotional materials, and EDMs.
- Brand Management: Maintain and uphold our brand's strong identity and voice across all marketing materials.
- Social Media Management: Plan, schedule, and publish content on social media platforms, interact with followers, and actively engage with the online community to foster relationships and increase brand awareness.
- Email Marketing: Create and schedule email campaigns that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze social media metrics and email campaign performance to evaluate effectiveness, identify trends, and inform future strategies.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to identify opportunities for growth and innovation
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with founder and other key members of the team to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts.
