Nominated Supervisor - Executive Centre Manager - South West Sydney

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to assume the role of Executive Centre Manager. As the leader of our early learning centre, you will play a pivotal role in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in early childhood education, strong leadership skills, and a genuine commitment to fostering the holistic development of each child in our care.

Responsibilities

Lead the team

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

• Implement a comprehensive and developmentally appropriate curriculum that aligns with early childhood education standards.

• Provide guidance and support to teaching staff, fostering a collaborative and positive teaching environment.

Operational Lead

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Early Learning centre, including scheduling, enrolment, and budgeting.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

• Manage budgets, financial reports, and ensure cost-effective operations.

• Identify opportunities for revenue growth and implement strategies to achieve financial goals.

• Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the facility to provide a safe and welcoming environment.

Community relationships

• Cultivate positive relationships with parents, keeping them informed about their child's progress and involving them in the learning process.

• Act as a liaison between the centre and the community, organizing events and initiatives that promote the centre's mission and values.
• Prioritize the well-being and development of each child, creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

• Implement strategies to address individual learning needs and celebrate the unique strengths of each child.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.

• Several years of experience in a leadership role within an early childhood education setting.

• Strong knowledge of child development, curriculum design, and pedagogical best practices.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
