As a Commercial FurnitureAccount Manager at PCF Australia, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and nurturing strong client relationships while providing innovative furniture solutions that meet the needs of our corporate clientele. You will also work closely with a diverse portfolio of existing clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities.
- Prepare quotations using specifications, floorplans and other provided documentation.
- Prospecting and identifying new business opportunities within the Commercial Furniture sector.
- Consult with clients to understand their furniture needs and design preferences.
- Collaborate with our design and manufacturing teams to create customised furniture solutions.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of agreements with clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales and account management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of the Commercial Furniture industry and understanding of design principles desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
